I can’t remember one day in the past (almost) five years at the chamber that I haven’t laughed at least once. Laughter is as common in our daily routine as checking our email, but that doesn’t mean we’re not working really, really hard. We just happen to enjoy what we do and have fun in the process.
I truly believe having a light, positive and happy work environment is the best motivator of people and the key factor in producing the best possible work. The next time you or your team are in a slump, take a break for a few minutes – watch a funny video, tell a joke, share something funny that happened over the weekend. It’s okay to loosen up sometimes, and your team will appreciate and remember those moments. Have a FUN week!
