Great Mines Health Center
Great Mines Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) located in a new facility at 1401 Maple Street in Farmington, with a sister clinic in Potosi. Established in 2003, Great Mines is a nonprofit community-based provider designed to increase access to healthcare in federally designated underserved populations across Eastern South Central Missouri.
