Laura has worked with the Farmington Regional Chamber in one capacity or another for 20 years. As a former President of the Board of Directors, a volunteer and also previous employee, Laura has had the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the Chamber, as well as the region. Laura is a 1987 graduate of Farmington High School and a graduate of Mineral Area College. Her extensive work within the business community and especially with non-profit organizations gives her special insight to the needs of the various businesses that comprise our membership. Laura’s Areas of Focus
Laura is a vital member of the Farmington Regional Chamber team whose work advances the organization’s mission of fostering business success, improving the economic environment and enhancing the quality of life of the Farmington region. Her work supports the pillars of legislative action, economic and community development and member engagement/services. Laura also serves in an operational function for Greater Farmington Partnership organizations including Farmington Downtown Development Association and Farmington Regional Community Foundation.
Laura serves on the management team of the Farmington Regional Chamber, with the primary responsibility of ensuring organizational effectiveness by providing leadership for the organization’s financial/administrative functions and member engagement efforts.

Public Relations Coordinator
Candy Zarcone has been part of the Farmington community since 2007. She has been an active part of the Farmington Regional Chamber of Commerce, consistently attending and assisting with various special events. She has volunteered, worked with and continues to work with many area non-profit agencies. Her expertise in the non-profit field was to promote and network for the various agencies she represented.
She was the Public Relations Director for the Parkland Pregnancy Resource Center. In addition she also worked for Young Faith in Christ and St. Francois County Community Partnership, and was a member of the St Francois County Rotary Club. She currently continues to work part-time at LIFE Center for Independent Living as a Certified Work Incentive Counselor, assisting individuals receiving disability benefits with understanding regulations regarding work income.
She also presently serves on the board of directors for Serenity Hospice Care, Visions of Hope Training program, Friends in Action Clubhouse and the St. Francois County Mental Health Board. In 2015 the Farmington Regional Chamber of Commerce recognized Candy’s contributions with the KFMO/B104 Super Service Award.
Prior to coming to Farmington, Candy was a leader for 14 years on the regional and national level for Protestant Women of the Chapel, an Armed Forces chaplain sponsored ministry to military wives. She is a graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center and King’s Way Missionary Institute. Candy has 3 grown daughters and in her spare time enjoys hiking, reading and attending art related events.E-mail Candy
